This is the main route leading towards the Bieszczady Mountains, characterized by increased car traffic, and it is only 8 minutes away from the city center. The 5 buildings on a total area of 22,500 square meters GLA (Gross Leasable Area), will consist of approximately 25 retail units and a drive-thru restaurant. For motorized customers, the facility will offer parking for around 450 cars. It will be the only retail destination of its kind in the city.

Leżajski Passage is a planned modern retail and service complex that will be located in the city of Leżajsk, situated in the northern part of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The retail park will be situated along DK 77 and W. Jagiełły Street, making it easily accessible not only from the city center but also from the surrounding neighbourhood. The 3 buildings on a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters GLA (Gross Leasable Area), will consist of 12 retail units. Bartoszycki Passage is a new investment located in northern Poland, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the seat of Bartoszyce County, in a dynamically developing region that attracts tourists with its nature and historical landmarks.
