We are a development company operating in the commercial real estate market, carrying out investments in the "build-rent-sell" scheme, and specializing in convenience retail facilities. In line with our strategy, we target smaller district towns, thereby addressing the needs of local communities. We search for places with great potential that previously lacked convenient shopping arcades and in these we create modern retail ecosystems, tailored to the site’s potential and the residents' purchasing power.

We have been operating under the name Refield since 2022, deriving from the tradition of TUF RE, our predecessor company established five years earlier. Through the investments we made during that time, we have compiled a sizeable portfolio of experience. The dynamic growth triggered a strategic decision. In order to face new challenges, we have decided to build an entity with greater operational capabilities and stronger financial potential. The name change was accompanied by the company reorganization, giving it a more efficient structure. Today, we are all set to cooperate with new investors and ready to embark on larger-scale projects.
